Daniel and Chelsey, a magical day

Every photographer loves a dream venue! And I am not an exception to that rule, so when Daniel and Chelsey told me that they were getting married at Meadowwinds Castle I couldn't wait for the day to arrive! The day did not disappoint, it was beautiful and what made it even more stunning, was Chelsey whos smile never left her face. I've never had a bride so happy and excited and blissful all day long, not an ounce of concern or stress about her day. She was excited to get married to the man of her dreams!

Let's talk about the dress!!! Chelsey's dad told Chelsey she could get whatever dress she wanted he never put a budget on it he just wanted her to be happy! Chelsey went to boutiques and high-end bridal shops all over the place, but the designer dresses didn't capture her heart. What got her heart was at a little vintage store. The moment that she put it on the very few people that were there to witness it cried and everybody knew as well as Chelsey that that dress was the one, it didn't matter that it wasn't a designer dress, what mattered was how she felt in the dress and she felt like a princess.

This magical day was curated with so much love from so many different people. Chelsey's mother lovingly hand-stitched handkerchiefs for gifts. The lace in her veil was the same lace from her Grandmother and Great Grandmother's dress, how incredibly special is that?!

The magic continued on to the ceremony, during the ceremony when they were saying their vows the wind chimes went off and did a lovely song just for them and a butterfly went from her bouquet and traveled through the bridesmaid's bouquets as if to say this is a magical day just for you.

As a child, Chelsey used to look at her mom's jewelry very longingly, wishing that she could wear it, but alas her mom never let her. But on this very special day, her mom placed that same jewelry on her daughter just before she said those special words to her husband-to-be. Such a special moment between mother and Daughter.

Daniel and Chelsey met in biology class in high school and later had chemistry class as well. And then they had "chemistry" as they say and laugh afterward.
I got a good laugh out of it too!  Chelsea's dad had a pretty good idea that when they were dating she would marry him and he was right. Aww, a father's intuition!

Now Daniel and Chelsey are living in wedded bliss and enjoying the magic of the love they share!
