When should I book my session?

Sitter Stage – Around 6–8 months, once your baby can sit confidently but isn’t yet crawling away. This is such a joyful age full of smiles and personality.
Standing Stage – Typically 12–14 months, when your little one can pull up and balance on their own. This is the perfect way to capture those wobbly first steps and big proud grins.
First Birthday & Family Session – A wonderful way to celebrate one year of growth, while also updating your family portrait with the new little personality at the center of it all.

What types of payment do you accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and good old-fashioned cash. Your session fee is due at the time of booking, and any artwork or product payments are due at your ordering appointment.

What should I wear for my session?

That’s where I come in. During your style and concept consultation, we’ll talk through your personal style, your home’s aesthetic, and how you want your milestone images to feel. I’ll guide you in selecting colors and silhouettes that photograph beautifully while reflecting your family’s personality and your child’s growth.

You’ll also have access to my curated client closet—a thoughtful collection of soft, timeless pieces for mothers. Each piece is chosen to flatter every stage, from a postpartum body to chasing after a busy toddler, so you can feel confident, comfortable, and radiant.

For your baby, I provide simple, classic options in white and soft neutrals that let their sweet features and growth shine through. Whether you bring along your own outfit or choose from these, I’ll help you make selections that complement your look and create cohesive, timeless portraits for your home.

Is professional hair and makeup included? What if I prefer to do my own?

Yes—professional hair and makeup is included for maternity sessions and is a wonderful way to begin your session feeling pampered, confident, and radiant. Our trusted artist specializes in natural, polished looks that enhance your beauty while still feeling true to you.

If you prefer to do your own hair and makeup, that’s completely fine. Just know that the session fee remains the same, as the overall experience and time dedicated to your session doesn’t change. Either way, we’ll provide guidance to help you feel your absolute best in front of the camera.

What’s included in the session fee?

Your session fee includes much more than time in front of the camera—it’s the beginning of a full-service, personalized experience. It covers your style and concept consultation, access to our curated client wardrobe, professional hair and makeup for maternity sessions, and expert guidance throughout.

You’ll also receive a print credit to use toward custom artwork, allowing you to begin building the heirloom pieces your family will treasure. From first inquiry to final installation, we’re here to make the entire process seamless, meaningful, and beautifully tailored to you.
